Augest Meet & Greet

I just wanted to throw this out there... 4 WHEEL PARTS wants to know if we would all be willing to have our next Meet & Greet at there place. If we do decide too, they said they would supply the food. (probably hot dogs lol) They said they know its not a busy intersection like we want, but if we do decide to have it there they would pass the word out... And as we all know word of mouth is a strong thing... It might be a good chance to get new people fellow jeepers to come check us out. It would be our own little event lol They also said the store would stay open late for the event. Another thing they mentioned was that if we wanted we bring a large boulder and place it out front to park or crawl on it would be ok with them. They also say we could leave it there after where done. Well the quicker we decide on this the faster i can tell them so they can get the word out... If there are any other questions that you have let me know.

Also if we do have it there... anyone know where to get a big boulder? lol

High Road has held a meeting at 4WP, they bought us free pizza and drinks, and let everyone order items and get price quotes.

maybe we could get a flyer made up and post it up in the store near the cash regesters so people would see it as they pay for their purchases. nothing big but noticable.
and what do you guys think about a monthly run? even if it's just up to freeway for the day. but i think we should plan a annual infectious off-road run, with camping and wheelin and wheelin' and camping. these are some things we can discuss at the meet and greets and dont forget the veterans day parade, we need to find out some info on that.

i'd go to 4 wheel parts

Anybody have access to a huge bolder?
Do you think they will have the shop open late just in case someone needs some minor work done?
Are they gonna provide drinks (sodas) too? Need to know if everyone needs to bring drinks.
Looking forward to seeing everybody there.

About time you posted, looks like you regestered last November?
Make sure you ask about our veterans day parade idea.
See you there

Yes, you are correct Larry. My wife just lost her job with the Sheriff's Department the other day do to budget cuts so now WE can make events like this one in the middle of the week. I've been wanting to hook up with you guys for a long time.
Thanks for your reply.

Just so that everyone know they will be providing the drinks as well... I know some people where wondering that. So food and drink are on them...
