We're getting close. I'll be heading up on Thursday also, but leaving early afternoon to hang out with family for a few.
I'll be up there to show the way to basecamp. For Moonlight Madness they get 200 rigs up there so we'll have plenty of room. If we are lucky the creek will be running to wash off the trail dust.

Turn right onto Dinkey Creek Rd when you get to Shaver Lake, go about 2.5 miles and there is a rest stop on the left with a bathroom and parking lot. We can all meet up there

Yeah we made it up and ran swamp lake at about 8 a.m. Saturday. got to camp early and relaxed!
